Task Overview
Design a Dashboard for a Task management Firmus/SMC SaaS app, enabling users to create, edit, delete, view, monitor projects and data centers
The approached
Identifying Pain Points: Users didn’t need extra clutter. focus on what really matters: easy navigation, quick access to tasks, and overall clarity. Able to create tickets for issues, edit, delete, view, monitor projects
Designing for Simplicity: Stripping away unnecessary complexity and making the experience as smooth as possible. The design needed to be intuitive for every end-user
Keeping Users at the Core: Making sure the dashboard actually helped users get their work done faster and more effectively, without feeling overwhelmed.
Making sure the customers can easily make changes to the design. including colors, typography, button styling.
Solution
The result? A Dashboard Task management tool that feels like it was designed with SaaS in mind—simple, effective, and easy to use.
